Maintenance period to release new features (Supports Orbi Pro WiFi 6 AX5400 mesh system SXK50; Supports Insight Business VPN on Orbi Pro WiFi 6 router SXR30 and mesh system SXK30; Supports Locate Device on wireless Access Points) with NETGEAR Insight v6.5 release.
Account ManagementIssue with newly created location for Pro Account
Post Insight 6.5 release, Insight Pro accounts would be able to create a new network location but the newly-created location won't show up in the list of locations, and no device can be added to the new location. We are working on resolving it soon.
